We are duly registered with the government. So, there is little risk of us running away with your money. Besides, if we do not deliver on our promise of securing your transactions, it damages our reputation and puts us out of business.

Right now, only the buyer can initiate an escrow transaction, but we're working on that. Soon enough, sellers will be able to initiate transactions too.

Warlu charges a flat rate of 3% for transactions. This charge may be borne by either or both transacting parties.

In the case of conflict between the buyer and seller, one of the parties will open a dispute with Warlu's customer care. Customer care will then look into the details of the transaction and resolve the conflict amicably using our terms and conditions as a guide. (Note: Warlu has mechanisms to ensure that the claims by both parties are valid before taking any action)
